Lisa is a fiber artist based in Portland OR

About Lisa

As a fiber artist, Lisa draws inspiration from the natural world. She has a knack for translating the wonders of nature—mushrooms, moss, lichen, and other cool things that grow in the wild—into intricate, tactile art pieces.

She brings her ideas to life using a blend of crochet, weaving, and felting, often combining these techniques in a single piece. Each piece reflects this sense of wildness in its own way. Some depict lichen growing freely across the surface, while others have fibers that spill beyond the frame. Yet, amid this wild energy, there’s a gentle softness that defines Lisa’s style.

Final pieces take a range of formats from framed fiber art to wall hangings to performance collaborative work.
